Who wrote this Booklet?
For few months there was being felt an urgency that in a simple and easy to understand language such a treatise is compiled which elaborates both the aforementioned aspects. May Allah give rewards to the Mufti of Darul Uloom Deoband Janab Maulana Zainul Islam Qasmi Allahabadi that he timely perceived this requirement and compiled this booklet in a simple language. The first part of the treatise contains basics and necessary points about Talaq system. While the second part deals with necessary points about Talaq, Khula, and Iddat etc. In an attempt to be cautious the Mufti has taken the necessary Masa’il from “Tasheel Bahishti Zewar” that contains explanations by Hakeemul Ummat Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (ra).

This treatise, after permission by the honorable members of Shura of Darul Uloom Deoband, is being published from Maktaba Darul Uloom. May Allah make this booklet useful and may He make its favors common and general.
